Events Mafia 2 would unfold during the 40-50-ies of XX century, in the fictional city of Empire Bay, which is charged with three mafia "families": Vinci, Clemente and Falconi. Rising to the side of one of the clans, the player will be slow, as in the original, on the continuation of the ten-plus years to earn respect and esteem.

Calling the main character Vito Scaletta, and his story is fundamentally different from the fate of Thomas Angelo.
